Because each item is made-to-order and uniquely customized, all sales are final. Custom products are not re-sellable, and as such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been submitted.

Photo Approval

All images used for your custom magnets are provided by you and approved during the order process. Please review your images carefully before finalizing your purchase, as we are not responsible for issues related to image quality, resolution, or content once approved.

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order — such as damage during shipping or a production error — we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
